My Stage 4 Cancer Diagnosis
When I received the devastating news of stage 4 breast cancer, where the cancer had metastasized to my bones - my world had been turned upside down. Fear, uncertainty, and despair threatened to overwhelm me. Yet, amidst the turmoil, I anchored into my faith in the power of mindfulness.
Honoring Emotions Through Mindfulness
Mindfulness allowed me to become acutely aware of the emotions, thoughts, and feelings surging through me. Instead of suppressing or being swept away by them, I learned to honor and acknowledge them. From Stage 4 to Zero Cancer Cells
Through consistent mindfulness practice, I experienced remarkable progress, which my doctors cannot explain. I went from a stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis to zero cancer cells found in my body in twenty-two months. This incredible transformation wasn't just about medical treatments because, as far as the doctors were concerned, I would need treatment every twenty-one days for the rest of my life; it was about harnessing the power of my mind and spirit to support my body's healing journey.
Empowering Others
My journey with cancer taught me that mindfulness is not just a tool - it's a way of life that empowers us to embrace our challenges with courage and grace. Whether facing illness, loss, or life's everyday struggles, mindfulness offers a profound sense of control and resilience.

Mindfulness is indeed our point of power. It teaches us that amidst adversity, we have the ability to choose our responses, honor our emotions, and navigate life's challenges with resilience.
